About the Art
There's so much to say about this art. I don't even know where to begin. The song "Iris" fits the image pretty well, even though it's NOT inspired by it. It was when I was almost done with the art that I thought the song fitted the drawing.
Aside from that, the song was just one of the many concept I try to throw in the art.

There's a reason for them to be in black and white. Black and white don't mix. I kind of think of them as the forbidden colors. They oppose each other but they also connect some way. It was while I was coloring this in photoshop that it seem to me the girl was saying "you are the color in my life." sort of ironic if you think about it.

"Forbidden love" was actually the very first concept I try to draw this art with. The girl and guy was suppose to be like very eager to kiss in the sketch, but in the sketch form the girl had her eyes open and she stared into the guy's eye. Questioning if it's right wrong what they are doing. I don't know how they end up like the way they did. It took me forever to sketch this art cuz I'm so bad with anatomy, but oh well. It was more sexual in the sketch, but I didn't know how I wanted to position them, so I was like screw it. My friend laughed at me, cuz i spent 6 hours trying to think of their position. She said i should do sex poses......I OPPOSED. =-= yesh I'm a wimp. so i made them stand. haha


I like the art and the way it turned out. If you don't then go away. =-= ....haha
