Koi Nami- Sakura Drops

This art work is for @xMzAnnx lol she's trolling me with Garren love.  and I'm trolling her back with this- HER FAVORITE CHARACTER. TAKE IT! TAKE IT ANN. My friend Ann sounds like her when she plays her. I'm glad I got to draw this. I had a lot of fun...learning about...LIGHTING. D: still not pro...still much to learn.

Edits:
I deleted the first one because it was a mess. :/ So I had a critique and saw a lot of issues. I didn't like my coloring; I didn't like how saturated everything was. But then mkmatsumoto told me it was my style....then I got all bubbly eyed. lol So I stayed maintaining my colors while trying to fix everything else. A lot of push and pulls between perspectives.
I refined the hair, the face, the hand, and the water. Reworked some lighting issues. @_@' Things got complicated, but I was determined to get it done.   I hope you like the changes.
