Rain

Let the rain wash away all the sins and regrets that once prey upon me....

It was raining and thundering yesterday. I was quite fond of it, and I guess needed it. Whenever it rains I always think back to the past about a lot of "what I could have done." But I also feel like whenever it rains, I'm being forgiven for those things, because I can't change them now. I can only move forwrard. So like this drawing, it's being washed away all her sins, and her wings represents the purity that is slowly coming back. Though moving forward is a very bittersweet thing. I feel like it is the only thing I can do right now, and continue to draw. Also, thank you to all my friends for helping me out on a tough time right now. I really appreciate it.

About the drawing:
I wanted to try out the contrast between blue and red. It was calling to me in a lot of ways, so I tested it out. Hopefully you guys like the results.
